We are excited to introduce HERpreneur (SPINENT 3.0)—an Erasmus+ cooperation partnership designed to support young women (18–35) on their entrepreneurship journey.
Across Europe and beyond, many aspiring women entrepreneurs face similar barriers: limited access to networks, mentorship, practical business training, and the digital skills needed to build and grow a sustainable initiative. HERpreneur exists to reduce these barriers and create a more inclusive pathway into entrepreneurship.
What HERpreneur will deliver
HERpreneur is built around real, practical outcomes that participants can use immediately:
- A Barrier Analysis Report identifying key challenges and support needs for young women entrepreneurs
- A structured training program and guide focused on entrepreneurship and digital competence
- BootCampX, an intensive learning experience that supports idea validation and MVP development
- HERConnect, an online platform that supports mentoring, peer networking, and access to resources
Who the project is for
HERpreneur supports:
- 100 young women (18–35) interested in entrepreneurship
- With 30% dedicated places for disadvantaged groups, including young women facing social or economic barriers
- University students and early-stage innovators seeking hands-on entrepreneurial learning
- Stakeholders and ecosystem actors who want to strengthen women-led entrepreneurship locally and internationally
Our partnership
HERpreneur brings together four organisations from Poland, Spain, and Türkiye:
- Youth Entrepreneurship Support (YES) – Poland (Coordinator)
- MOBAD – Poland
- Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) – Spain
- Focus Coaching Academy – Türkiye
