Starting a business is challenging—but starting without a network, mentorship, or structured guidance makes it even harder. HERpreneur was designed to create a supportive space where young women entrepreneurs can develop essential skills, build confidence, and take clear steps toward launching.
Here’s what the HERpreneur journey looks like.
1) Skills that match real entrepreneurial needs
HERpreneur focuses on the skills that matter most in early-stage entrepreneurship, including:
- opportunity identification and problem validation
- understanding customers and markets
- business modelling and planning
- digital tools and practical innovation methods
- communication, pitching, and presenting with clarity
The goal is simple: move from uncertainty to structure, and from ideas to decisions.
2) BootCampX: intensive learning and building
A key part of HERpreneur is BootCampX, an intensive learning experience that supports participants to:
- validate their idea
- strengthen the business model
- build an MVP plan (minimum viable product)
- prepare for pitch presentations and next steps
BootCampX is designed to be practical and output-driven. Participants will work on their own business concept with expert input, peer learning, and guided sessions.
3) HERmentor sessions: guidance that accelerates progress
Mentorship changes outcomes. Through HERmentor sessions, participants receive support to:
- identify their priorities and next steps
- solve challenges faster
- strengthen decision-making and confidence
- build a realistic roadmap for growth
This is not generic advice. Mentoring is structured to be actionable.
4) HERConnect: the support doesn’t end after training
Many programmes stop after the final session. HERpreneur is designed differently.
HERConnect brings community, learning resources, and peer support into a single environment where participants can:
- network with other women entrepreneurs
- stay connected with mentors and partners
- access training materials and tools
- share opportunities and progress
Why this matters
Women entrepreneurs are creating impact across every sector, but barriers remain. HERpreneur is designed to contribute to gender equality in entrepreneurship by offering meaningful support—skills, resources, networks, and mentoring that lead to real outcomes.
